With the proper vision and understanding, the bassist has the opportunity to create a dynamic range of musical atmospheres and can unfold beautiful movement through the simplest or most complex of chord progressions. Together, we will develop the musical vision and understanding required to maximize the potential of the bass in a contemporary worship setting.
Lab Objectives include: 1. The bassist will be able to chart the dynamics of a worship song 2. The bassist will be able to lock in with the drums 3. The bassist will be able to crescendo and decrescendo to anticipate the movement of any given song
