Being the new leader for a church’s worship ministry can be exciting, intimidating and challenging. Being a new AND young leader in the 21st century in New England can be all these things and more. In this lab, you’ll learn about some of the tensions that come when beginning your journey in worship ministry as a millennial. These tensions can range from church culture to stage design, to the relevancy of social media, to the style of worship music. Each tension can be an opportunity of growth for you and your church. Come and hear from Ally’s experience moving from leadership in a globally-known mega church to a small-town New England church and the incredible God-moments and life-lessons that can be found as you stay the path in your new season of vocational ministry.

Learning Objectives include...
  1. Learn how to be a leader of authenticity, faithfulness and longevity in an age of insta-everything.
  2. Learn how to discern healthy and toxic tensions in your ministry and church.
  3. Learn how to keep Jesus and His vision for the Church at the center of it all.
